The name EXTRA DRY could be misleading for the consumer as this wine is the sweetest wine on the palate in our line. Its taste recalls more fruity notes and it has a lively aftertaste to the palate and a strong scent of white peach, green apple and citrus fruits.
100% DOCG Glera grapes
Straw yellow colour with greenish reflections, thin and persistent perlage
Serving temperature: 6-8°, keep in a cool place, away from light.
Ideal with appetizers thanks to its mellow flavour. Also recommended with white meat, fresh and soft cheeses and shellfish.
